An afternoon of quiet, long-held yin yoga poses, accompanied live by guitar and harmonium. Arrive from 3:30 pm, we begin at 4 pm.

108 sun salutations are an intensive yoga practice, traditionally done on special occasions. Let go of the old and use the inner energy for what is new and changing.
