1 · Booking, cancellation & payment

Binding booking and payment

Arranged coaching appointments are binding and are reserved exclusively for you. You pay for single sessions on site by PayPal or in cash. Multi-session coaching can additionally be paid by bank transfer; it is valid for 6 or 9 months from the first appointment and is not transferable to other people.

The introductory conversation is free and non-binding. No obligation arises from it for you.

Cancelling free of charge

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 48 hours before the agreed start. The period is counted in clock hours; weekends and public holidays count too.

You can cancel by email to kontakt@vinayaki-yoga-und-coaching.com or by phone on +49 176 47 32 15 02. What counts is when your cancellation reaches us. A message on our voicemail is enough, as long as you clearly give your name and the appointment concerned.

Short-notice cancellation and not showing up

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 48 hours before it begins, we charge liquidated damages of 40 €. If you cancel less than 24 hours before it begins, or do not come to the agreed appointment without cancelling beforehand, we charge liquidated damages in the amount of the agreed fee for the appointment. Both apply provided you are responsible for the missed appointment and it causes us a loss.

If the reserved appointment can be given to someone else for at least the same fee, the flat sum does not apply. Saved expenses and income from giving the appointment to someone else are taken into account when the loss is assessed.

Showing that there was no loss or a lower one

You are expressly free to show that we suffered no loss at all, or a loss lower than the flat sum. If there was no loss, nothing is payable. If the loss was lower, the amount payable is reduced accordingly.

Cancellation by us and statutory rights

If we have to cancel your appointment, this costs you nothing. We only arrange a replacement appointment with your consent.

Your statutory rights of withdrawal and termination remain unaffected.

2 · Confidentiality

Everything you tell me in coaching stays between us. I treat your personal topics and details in strict confidence and do not pass them on to third parties.

I only make recordings if you expressly agree. I keep notes from our sessions protected and destroy them as soon as they are no longer needed.

3 · Disclaimer

Coaching is an offering for personal development and self-reflection. You keep responsibility for your decisions and actions at all times.

I am neither a doctor nor a therapist – my coaching is no substitute for medical or psychological advice, treatment or therapy.

I cannot promise a particular outcome. Coaching works to the extent that you engage with it – you walk your own path yourself.

If you have medical or psychological concerns, I recommend seeking professional help or talking to your doctor or therapist beforehand.

4 · Right of withdrawal

For arranged coaching appointments there is no statutory right of withdrawal under § 312g (2) no. 9 BGB, because the service is provided on a specific date.

5 · Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers from Vinayaki-Yoga & Coaching can only be redeemed for offerings of Vinayaki-Yoga & Coaching.

They cannot be redeemed for the yoga courses of the adult education centre (VHS) Büchen-Gudow at the Witzeeze cultural centre. These courses are booked and paid for through the VHS.
