Clear, fair and without small print
All courses take place in the Vinayaki-Yoga room in small groups of up to five people. One session lasts 90 minutes.

I hold a place for you for the chosen duration. As a small business under § 19 UStG I do not show VAT separately. Your contract partner for the group classes is Anne Böhme, freelance yoga teacher (“Vinayaki-Yoga”).

Do you know someone who would like to practise yoga? Feel free to recommend me — if they choose one of the course packages, there is a discount for both of you.
The discount is granted once the referred person has registered bindingly and paid the full course fee. Retroactive crediting for courses already booked is not possible; the discount is granted once per course extension.
Terms of participation
General terms and conditions
By registering for a course you accept the following terms.
1 · Registration & payment
Once you have registered for a course, that registration is binding. 50 % of the course fee is due on registration, the other half by the first course date at the latest.
You can pay the course fee by bank transfer, PayPal or in cash. The details for paying by transfer or PayPal are in your registration form.
If you cancel at short notice (7 to 1 day(s) before the course starts) and I cannot find a replacement for you, you are obliged to pay the full course fee.
2 · Scope of the course
The full amount for a course is always due, regardless of how often you are able to attend.
Because the room is small, the number of participants is strictly limited. I hold a place for you for the chosen duration (4, 8 or 12 weeks). At short notice I cannot find a replacement for your absence — nobody wants to step in for a single class only to return to the waiting list afterwards.
You may, however, send someone to take your yoga class in your place. Please let me know by phone or in writing if you do. You can settle the cost between you; I always receive the full fee.
3 · Trial classes
If you are interested in a trial class, please get in touch. As space is limited, a free place must be available.
A trial class costs the same as a single class (22 €).
4 · Extension & make-up classes
Unfortunately I cannot hold a place for you unless you have told me by one week before the course ends that you would like to continue. The same applies if you wish to pause for other reasons.
I keep a waiting list and am happy to add you to it. As soon as a place is free again, I will get in touch. There is no entitlement to make up missed classes.
If I cannot hold a class (e.g. for health reasons), I arrange a substitute teacher. Should that not be possible, I offer a replacement date.

The courses I offer are intended to support your general wellbeing and relaxation. I am neither a doctor nor a therapist — my offerings are no substitute for medical or psychological advice, treatment or therapy.
You carry full responsibility for your health and wellbeing. As a rule: listen to your body, recognise your limits and respect them.
