The profile data stored solely on the basis of this consent is deleted when I withdraw it, or at the latest 24 months after the last appointment I attended; if I have not attended an appointment yet, 24 months after this consent. For this event there is no statutory right of withdrawal under § 312g (2) no. 9 of the German Civil Code, because the service is provided on a specific date.
